The Hudson

The rehabilitative work on the building was done in tandem to a development of a mixed used complex and urban transit station. The restoration work included: the rehabilitation of two storey high upper cast iron window surrounds, the restoration and patching of andesite cladding, the restoration and cleaning of the cast stone (concrete) frieze and cornice, the replication of missing cast bronze storefront frames, as well as the construction of contemporary entries which provided a contrast to the restored surrounds.
